This manual specifies procedures for the operation of The Vault on Spring at 53
Spring Street, Tauranga.
As such, it is primarily a reference document for tenants and an assurance
document for the landlord.
Ground Floor | First Floor
MAUAO BOARDROOM (GROUND FLOOR)
Our largest meeting room which holds up to 12 people comfortably seated, and larger groups in theatre format. Included is a mounted flat screen and projector, with HDMI hook-up and full video conferencing facilities.
MŌTĪTĪ ROOM (GROUND FLOOR)
This room holds up to 6 people comfortably seated. There are no AV facilities provided.

MOTURIKI ROOM (FIRST FLOOR)
Our theatre room features tiered seating for up to 18 people comfortably. Included is a mounted flat screen with HDMI hook-up.
MATAKANA ROOM (FIRST FLOOR)
This room holds up to 6 people comfortably seated. Included is a mounted flat screen with HDMI hook-up and full video conferencing facilities.
KAREWA ROOM (FIRST FLOOR)
This room holds up to 8 people seated, suitable for shorter meetings only. There are no AV facilities provided.
